The typical direct-mail marketing letter contains a colorful brochure illustrating the products or services, a letter explaining why the company should do the work, and often testimonials from customers as well. A post-paid company-addressed envelope is also highly recommended. Montage can design a brochure for you that has a complementary look-and-feel to the web site, populate it with text and photographs that you supply, and arrange for a professional printing company to produce them.

Montage will design your brochure based on your input for a base rate of $65/hour. This includes the basic brochure background that should be complementary to the web site, and the text and image content "superimposed" on the background. A variety of brochure sizes are available.

Following approval of the design, Montage will arrange to have the brochures printed in batches of 250, 1000 or 5000 by a professional printing company.

To give you some idea of the total cost, a hypothetical example is shown below:

• Design and implementation of the brochure background complementary to the web site: 2 hours - $130
• Add the text and images in the brochure: 6 hours - $390
• Print 1000 brochures: $500 (tri-fold, 4-color, glossy both sides)
